All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. In rare situations, we may cancel or refuse an order due to:

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Product being out of stock
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

If your order is cancelled by us after successful payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Payment

AlmaPearl accepts prepaid orders only.

We currently accept payments through secure payment methods including:

• Credit & Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets

Payments are processed through secure payment partners. AlmaPearl does not store your card details, banking passwords, or UPI PIN.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.
• Once 24 hours have passed, the order enters processing for packing and dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
• No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after 24 hours.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Customers receiving a wrong, damaged, or missing product must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with a continuous unboxing video for verification.

9. No Warranty

All products sold by AlmaPearl are provided without any warranty, unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Artificial jewellery naturally requires proper care during use and storage. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental handling, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or improper use is not covered.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, and branding, is the property of AlmaPearl unless otherwise stated.
